    Thank you for ordering from GiftyKitty!  Our shipping department is purring along to get your order to you in a flash.

    All orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order email after you place your order and another when your order has shipped. Orders may be delayed for reasons beyond our control such as weather and heavy volume of orders.

    Minimum Shipping Rates and Estimates
    Minimum shipping & handling fee:
    - Regular and small items: $5.00 minimum charge per total order
    - Fragile items: $10.00 minimum charge per total order 
    - Fragile oversized items: $15.00 minimum charge per total order
     
    The actual shipping rates for your full order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

    GiftyKitty Web Exclusive Items shipping
    Please note that these items will ship separately from the rest of your order and may need a few more days of processing time.
    They ship free in the US and have a flat fee of $5.00 for orders ship to Canada.

    In-store pickup
    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3719 N Mississippi Ave, Portland, Oregon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day.  Please have your photo ID with you when you come.

    International Shipping
    At this time we ship within the USA and Canada only.  No other international shipping.
    For shipments beyond the US and Canada please send an inquiry to meow@giftykitty.com

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GiftyKitty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    How do I check the status of my order?
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact the shipping carrier company with the tracking number.  If you have any problems or questions contact us at meow@giftykitty.com.  Please include your name, order number and contact info with your inquiry.

    Shipping details
    We check the condition of your order items carefully before shipping. If your order arrives in a defective condition not caused by shipping damage, please email us as soon as possible at meow@giftykitty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

    We package carefully to avoid damage during shipping. If your order is damaged during shipping please contact the shipping carrier. Our carriers include $100 basic insurance for most shipments. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at meow@giftykitty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
